Most members run for 3–6 months. Some use the weekly call as accountability. Some just want the Things I Use notes to keep the stack current. The format is yours.

The questions people ask before joining.

No. The membership is open to anyone — most members come from the Body Tune-Up, but it's not required. The protocol portal is accessible from the same account page.
Your account stays open until the end of your current billing period. After that, membership access to the member-only Things I Use notes, gated protocol portal, and both full guides ends. If you bought either full guide as a one-time purchase, that access remains yours. Any protocol you purchased as a one-time (Tune-Up) stays yours as well.
Monthly only. Recurring $65, billed once per month. The first v1 doesn't offer annual prepayment — if that's changed, you can always rejoin monthly.
